If you would like to apply to Los Angeles Pierce College, submit an online application, to start your application, CLICK HERE.
Transcript Request – To Request Official Transcripts, click on the following link: National Student Clearinghouse. You do not need student ID number to order it.
HS Transcript for HS graduated students only
To submit your High School transcripts, scan or take a clear picture of your High School transcript showing your graduation date. Using your LACCD email sent the. competed form to PierceAdmissions@PierceCollege.edu.
If you have not graduated from High School, do not submit your transcripts. High School transcripts are not required for concurrently enrolled students that have not graduated from High School.
K-12 Supplemental Application
Fill out the form online, request your parent and High School counselor signatures. Using your LACCD email account, send the completed form to PierceAdmissions@PierceCollege.edu. To fill out the form, CLICK HERE.
HS Graduation Upddate Form
If you are a High School senior that is graduating in 2020, CLICK HERE to fill out the HS Graduation Update Form. Using your LACCD email account, send the completed form to PierceAdmissions@PierceCollege.edu. You will be allowed to enroll in summer and fall 2020 classes as a College Student, not as a High School student anymore.
Issues enrolling in late start classes – If you are experiencing problems when enrolling in class, using your LACCD email account, send your issues to PierceAdmissions@PierceCollege.edu.
Review of Records – If you received an "F" or "D" in a course, but you repeated the class within Los Angeles Community College District and received a better grade, you may be eligible to have the lower grade removed from your GPA. To do so, CLICK HERE to fill out the Review of Records form. Using your LACCD email account, send the completed form to PierceAdmissions@PierceCollege.edu.
Academic Renewal - Academic Renewal Policy allows up to a maximum of 30 units of coursework taken within the LACCD for which grades of "D" or "F" were received to be removed from a student's grade point average calculation if the requirements are met. The original grade will still appear on the transcript with a notation indicating academic renewal has been granted. To review your eligibility, contact your counselor. To fill out the Academic Renewal form, CLICK HERE. Using your LACCD email account, send the completed form to PierceAdmissions@PierceCollege.edu.
General Petition – For any other types of requests, CLICK HERE to fill out a General Petition Form. Using your LACCD email account, send the completed form and supporting documents to PierceAdmissions@PierceCollege.edu. You will receive the petition determination via your LACCD email account within two weeks after your request is received.
Password Reset – To reset your password contact the LACCD Help Center at: (844) MYLACCD or (844) 695-2223.
If you need your Student ID – If you forgot your Student ID number, contact the LACCD Help Center at: (844) MYLACCD or (844) 695-2223.
Home Campus Change or Student Program Plan Change
Contact Online Counseling to request assistance with the Program Plan Change. Your counselor will submit the form to Admissions and Records via email.
INSTRUCTOR
Grade Change – For a grade change, contact your instructor directly.
Incomplete Cards – If you want to complete a course where you receive an Incomplete (“I”) grade, contact the instructor that assigned you the “I” grade.
Re enroll in class - If you dropped a class by mistake and would like to re-enroll, contact your instructor. He/she needs to request your reinstatement to Admissions and Records.

New Student Admissions Requirements
- Graduated from high school, successfully passed the California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE), GED, received a Certificate of Completion.
- Over 18 years of age, no longer attending high school and are capable of profiting from the instruction offered.
- Under 18 years and attending High School. Visit the Concurrent Enrollment page for detail information.
If you have never taken college courses, follow these steps to apply and register for classes.
- Submit an Online Application.
- Within two business days after you apply, your student ID number will be sent to your personal email address used on your online application.
- Activate your student portal and email account by visiting your Student Portal.
- After that first email, all communications from Los Angeles Pierce College will be sent to the LACCD e-mail address.
- Apply for Financial Aid (FAFSA)
- For information about self-placement, See a New Student Counselor.
- Make an appointment with a New Counselor.
- To view your English or Math placement login to your Student Portal.
If you have previously attended a college outside of LACCD, follow the steps below to get started at LAPC.
- Submit an Online Application.
- Within two business days after you apply, your student ID number will be sent to your personal email address used on your online application.
- Activate your student portal and email account by visiting your Student Portal.
- After that first email, all communications from Los Angeles Pierce College will be sent to the LACCD e-mail address.
- Apply for Financial Aid (FAFSA)

- If you want to use your previous coursework from College(s) outside LACCD to clear prerequisites, you are required to submit official transcripts from the previous College(s) to Admissions and Records. Transcripts must be sent directly from the previous College(s) to Pierce Admissions and Records.
If you previously attended LAPC, or one of our sister campuses in LACCD, but have not attended for more than two consecutive semesters, please follow the steps:
- Reapply Online.
- Within two business days after you apply, your student ID number will be sent to your personal email address used on your online application.
- Activate your student portal and email account by visiting your Student Portal.
- After that first email, all communications from Los Angeles Pierce College will be sent to the LACCD e-mail address.
- Apply for Financial Aid (FAFSA)
