The charge for credit by examination is $46 per unit. You will be notified by mail when the action on this petition is completed. If approved, you will then need to pay for the class before you will be allowed to take the examination. 9. High School Graduation Update Form
(Used to change from concurrent K-12 status to high school graduate.)
(Students may petition for only one class per semester to be graded on a Credit/No Credit basis. See Schedule of Classes for list of participating courses.)
11. Petition to enroll in more than 18 units
(This petition is to be used only by students who have been dismissed from Pierce
College at least one year ago and wish to be readmitted to the colleges of the Los Angeles
Community College District.)
13. Petition to Repeat a Class
(Use this petition to request a fourth enrollment in a class you have taken three times and received a
grade of D, F or No Credit/No Pass.)
14. Petition to Request Withdrawal from Class(es) after
Official Drop Date Deadline
(Withdrawal from class after the final state mandated drop date as published in the catalog and
schedule of classes can only be approved for extenuating circumstances. In all cases, the reason
must be specifically documented and verified.)

(Used to request grades of D or F be removed from your grade point calculation when you have
repeated the class. Only classes repeated within the Los Angeles Community College District
