The physical sciences are those that do not deal directly with biology and forms of life. They include Physics, Chemistry, Geology, Oceanography, and Astronomy. Our physical science courses focus on understanding the basic laws of nature in a descriptive manner and being able to construct logical arguments explaining why things happen in terms of fundamental laws.
