www.piercecollege.edu (CLASS REGISTRATION)
If you last attended Pierce College more than five years ago, your record may need to be brought out of archive before you can access it online. Please visit Admissions & Records if you have difficulty viewing your transcript online. If you owe any fees or have other holds, the system will not allow you to view and/or print your transcript.
The printout of the transcript you view online is NOT an official transcript.
HOW TO ORDER YOUR OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
An official transcript is a record of all the courses you completed at Pierce College and the grades you received. It will also include any degrees you were awarded by Pierce, as well as honors such as placement on the Dean's List or membership in Alpha Gamma Sigma. If you are requesting your transcript to be sent to another school, keep in mind that most schools only consider the transcript "official" if they receive it in the original sealed envelope.
Transcripts CANNOT BE ordered by telephone or email.
Please plan ahead and request transcripts early enough to make your deadline. The Office of Admissions & Records is not responsible for mishandling by the U.S. Post Office or the receiving school or agency. First Class mail that is sent Internationally may require up to 30 days for delivery.
