Concurrent Enrollment for F-1 Students
Los Angeles Pierce College (LAPC) welcomes concurrent (part-time) international student applicants who are maintaining F-1 status at another U.S. school.
F-1 students who wish to concurrently enroll in a class at LAPC while attending another U.S. school must complete these steps to enroll:
- Submit the Los Angeles Pierce College (LAPC) International Student Application
When questioned about attending full-time or part-time, indicate part-time. - Pay the US$50 non-refundable application fee
The application fee is payable via the LACCD Student Portal. After your application has been processed, you will receive an email from the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) with your student ID number. You will need this number to access the student portal. - Submit these three items to LAPC International Students Services via email (send all items in one email) - intlstu@piercecollege.edu
a. A permission letter from a Designated School Official (DSO) at your current school verifying your F-1 status. It should also include the term you plan to enroll at LAPC.
b. A valid picture ID such as your passport identification page
c. Include your LACCD student ID number so we can locate your application and fee payment
Allow up to 3 business-days for processing once all documents are received. If you have any questions, contact the ISS Office via LIVE CHAT or email intlstu@piercecollege.edu
