L.A. Pierce College is setting up to open as an official free drive-through COVID-19 testing site for the community at the end of January 2021.  The site will be manned by the L.A. Fire Department (LAFD) in a partnership between them, the City of L.A., and L.A. Pierce College.

LAFD is currently transforming Pierce’s enormous Parking Lot 7 with RVs and containers for workers and cones for traffic patterns for the drive-through operation to be able to serve hundreds of people a day. Pierce College’s Lot 7 stretches along the south side of Victory Boulevard between Winnetka and Mason Avenues in Woodland Hills.

People interested in getting tested must be L.A. County residents. They will go online, sign up for an appointment and bring proof of residency. This procedure keeps the traffic moving smoothly at the testing site. Please wear face coverings and continue social distancing at all times.

Once the site is about to go live, a website link will be posted to make appointments. You can find current L.A. City testing sites at https://corona-virus.la/covid-19-testing.

It is expected that eventually COVID-19 vaccines will be administered in Lot 7, but at present only COVID-19 testing will be available. More details will be announced.
